That said, the best way to meet and greet a paddler is to get wet! We will demonstrate and practise a variety of assisted rescues and self rescues. You may choose various levels of challenges as you wish. 

We will launch and paddle from Calshot towards Lepe for a bit of warm up. And return to start our rescue practice, hopefully without getting RNLI involved this time.
