The following documents describe how the club is run. They are based on the original NFKCC Club Constitution (Amended January 2013) and templates from British Canoeing. The following documents describe what the club does to safeguard the well-being of members involved in club activity. It also gives clear advice about your responsibilities if a fellow member were to make a disclosure to you relating to their well-being either as part of club activity or outside the club.

Please read the following documents when you are considering taking part in a club trip or leading a club trip.

All calendared club trips must have a leader whose experience and skills have been approved by the club committee and there must be a qualified first aider on the trip.
